  • LMAG produces a customized poster with call-back number for organization to duplicate and post—an inexpensive and highly visible symbol of the organization’s compliance efforts.

Action Responses

1. Employee places a call to LMAG, submitting a report or a concern.

2. LMAG Responds

  • LMAG takes report.
  • Considers circumstance.
  • Drafts a report protecting confidentiality of reporter/whistleblower.
  • If severe enough, LMAG places call to contact within the organization providing an oral report with recommendations for follow-up action.
  • LMAG provides a monthly or quarterly report to the client specifying utilization of recommendations.

Proposed costs

1.   $100 per month for organizations of less than 250 employees (paid annually)

2.   $200 per month for organizations of less than 500 employees (paid annually)

3.   $300 per month for organizations of less than 1,000 employees (paid annually)

4.   $400 per month for organizations of more than 1,000 employees but less than 5,000 (paid annually)

5.   $800 per month for organizations of more than 5,000 employees
